Approach

Urszula creates a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can tackle the problems in living they may be experiencing. She believes in building a therapeutic relationship and working together to explore the client’s own ability to find their own solution that suits them best to lead the life they want to. She is working with warmth and reliability. Urszula understands that a person’s internal negative narrative can be disruptive in fulfilling life therefore she is using CBT to help clients improve their cognitive pattern and reach their full potential. Urszula works collaboratively with clients to develop psychological formulation of presenting problems and helps the clients recognize their fears or sources of distress and aids them in altering their behavior towards their goals.
