Having worked in mental health for 15 years, Nick has considerable experience and skills delivering evidence based interventions for a wide range of difficulties, such as depression and anxiety disorders, including trauma, as well as grief, loss, life transitions and relationship issues. Nick has been trained in EMDR, Schema Therapy and couples therapy for depression, so is well equipped to work flexibly with you to help you move forward.
