About me

I provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy tailored to each client's unique journey. My practice integrates three powerful therapeutic approaches: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema-informed therapy, and Compassion-focused therapy, allowing me to customise treatment to client's individual needs and circumstances. Areas of Expertise *Workplace and Career Support I specialise in helping professionals navigate the complex challenges of modern working life - work-related stress, burnout, difficulties with challenging colleagues or supervisors, struggling with work-life balance, or battling imposter syndrome, I provide practical strategies and emotional support to help client's thrive professionally. *Trauma and Women's Health I have extensive experience working with trauma survivors, with particular expertise supporting women through life's most challenging experiences. My practice offers sensitive, trauma-informed care for those who have experienced sexual assault, rape, birth trauma, fertility struggles, pregnancy loss, and the physical and emotional changes of menopause. *Creating an Inclusive Space I am passionate about creating a safe, non-judgmental therapeutic environment where all clients can feel truly seen and understood. My practice particularly welcomes: * Individuals from Black, Asian, and Minority Ethnic (BAME) communities * Neurodivergent clients, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and ADHD * Members of the LGBTQ+ community, with specialised experience supporting transgender clients. I understand that seeking therapy can feel daunting, especially for those from marginalised communities who may have experienced discrimination or misunderstanding in healthcare settings. My commitment is to provide culturally sensitive, affirming care that honours their identity and experiences.
