Dr Suzanna Duffin
DClinPsy, Postgraduate diploma in CBTBook a session
Suzanna is flexible in her approach, and draws upon a range of therapies to tailor her work to the unique needs and preferences of each person she works with. She is a friendly, compassionate & experienced Clinical Psychologist, who provides a safe space to explore difficult emotions, thoughts and experiences.
Through supporting family members, Suzanna understands just how frightening and isolating it can feel when we get very stuck, and struggle significantly with our mental health. Suzanna has witnessed the courage it takes to seek help, and appreciates the importance of finding the “right fit” when it comes to mental health support. She always takes a collaborative, curious approach within therapy. She views each person as an expert on their own lives, and draws upon their strengths, hopes and values, working towards specific goals identified by her clients. She firmly believes “the person is not the problem, the problem is the problem”, and that her role is to collaborate with you to face the problem head on.
