Experience
Stephanie is a fully accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and has over 15 years of experience working in mental health services. Stephanie has experience working in a range of settings from charities, adult and children’s NHS services and social care services. Stephanie has worked primarily as a CBT therapist in her career and over the past 3 years has been focusing and training on working from a compassionate focused therapy style. Stephanie particularly focuses her work with patients struggling with low self esteem, PTSD anxiety and depression.
