About me

I have been providing Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for many years. I specialise in comprehensive assessments and treatments, particularly for depression and a range of anxieties including Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Panic Disorder, Health Anxiety, and Trauma. I create a non-judgmental, compassionate environment where you can feel heard and understood. Every individual’s journey is unique, and I respect your pace and personal story. My goal is to empower you with tools and strategies to manage life's challenges. Together, we will work towards building resilience and fostering personal growth. My practice is built upon three foundational approaches to therapy: 1. Client-Centred: I tailor therapy to meet each client's unique needs, ensuring a personalized and empathetic approach. 2. Holistic: I consider all aspects of well-being, including emotional, mental, and physical health, to provide a thorough and integrative treatment experience. 3. Evidence-Based: I utilize proven therapeutic techniques to ensure effective treatment and positive outcomes for my clients. By merging these three approaches, I strive to offer the best possible experience, helping my clients to feel better and improve their mental health. Before specialising in CBT, I worked in an inpatient service, supporting individuals with various mental health difficulties. This background has enriched my practice, giving me a deeper understanding of the challenges my clients face and equipping me with the skills to support them effectively.
