Therapy can be somewhat daunting to start, I would really like to help you navigate any difficulties and help you start living a life that is meaningful to you.
Book a sessionHello, thank you for looking at my page. I have been working in the NHS as a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist for 6 years. I am passionate about helping people make sense of difficulties they might have faced in life. I enjoy learning from my clients and helping them to meet those life goals that are important to them. I have worked within a Talking Therapy service and delivered 1:1 sessions and trauma groups. I have also worked within a military veterans service, and now I work in a long term health conditions service within the NHS as a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist. I have had additional training and supervision in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), and Motivational Interviewing. I draw on these different approaches depending on how you wish to work through your difficulties, from the outset we will agree together a way forward and a plan for therapy that helps you to achieve what you want from the sessions. I look forward to working with you.
