Sabrina is a compassionate and approachable counselling psychologist who works with clients to establish a warm and safe therapeutic space where they can feel free to express themselves and she can actively listen to, reflect on and understand their experience. She is trained in various therapeutic models which allows her to tailor therapy to the client’s needs, preferences and personality. She helps clients to develop necessary skills and understanding to facilitate and support positive change and to help them achieve specific goals and motivations.


Sabrina has nearly ten years’ experience of working in the NHS with individuals with a range of mild to severe and enduring mental and personality difficulties in a variety of clinical settings such as inpatient wards and community mental health settings. Within the NHS, Sabrina currently works as a Counselling Psychologist at South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust with clients experiencing complex and enduring mental health and personality problems. She provides training and support to NHS staff and supervises Trainee Clinical or Counselling Psychologists.

She has experience of delivering high-quality, evidence-based therapy for clients across the lifespan ranging from 18-65 years of age, presenting with a variety of emotional and psychological difficulties. Some of the difficulties she has treated include; low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, emotion regulation problems, sleep problems, stress management and burnout, dissociative experiences, relationship difficulties, bereavement, HIV, psychosis, work related stress, anger and aggression.

She is trained in person-centred, psychodynamic, cognitive and dialectical behavioural models of therapy.
