Beth understands that seeking professional help for mental health difficulties can be extremely daunting, and talking to someone about these is difficult. For this reason, Beth aims to make sure all her patients feel comfortable and able to be open and honest by using an empathetic and non-judgmental approach to therapy sessions.
Having worked in mental health services for the NHS and the private healthcare sector for 10 years. Beth has experience treating patients with symptoms of depression and anxiety disorders, such as panic, obsessive-compulsive disorder, health anxiety, generalised anxiety disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, insomnia, specific phobias, low self-esteem and social anxiety.
