Sessions start from £115, depending on your therapist. This includes full access to our tools that help therapy take effect sooner. You can pay privately or through insurance, and we also partner with select NHS trusts for referred care.
Yes. Most insurance providers including AXA PPP, BUPA, AVIVA, Vitality Health, WPA, Cigna, and Nuffield Health will cover your sessions. We recommend that you reach out to your insurer to better understand how many sessions will be covered and to get an treatment authorisation code.
We recommend taking some time to reflect on your personal treatment goals before your first session. This will allow your therapist to better understand how to support you. You can use your HelloSelf account to list and describe your goals, and then track your progress over time.
Please also complete your HelloSelf profile with your personal details, GP information, and next of kin. These details are key in case of emergency and for billing purposes. If applicable, it is also helpful to share your insurance details and information about any other members of your care team, such as a psychiatrist.
At HelloSelf, we believe that tracking your progress is crucial for achieving the best outcomes. Studies show that regularly monitoring your progress can lead to better results. On your account, you will find three core questionnaires: the PHQ-9, the GAD-7, and the CORE-10. Completing these questionnaires can help you track your progress and assist your therapist in understanding how best to support you. Please discuss these questionnaires with your therapist.
