About me

My approach to therapy is entirely client-centred, meaning that I customise my techniques to suit your individual needs and objectives.

Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or simply feeling lost and unsure about your life's direction, I am here to listen and help you reach a place of healing and personal growth.

I use EMDR to help clients process painful past experiences, detach from painful memories, and develop resources for a brighter future.

Also, I offer critical incident stress debriefing (CISD) for individuals/groups/corporate organisations who have experienced a traumatic event within 72-96 hours of the incident.

As an accredited psychotherapist with the BACP, I have gained expertise and knowledge from working within private practice, the NHS, EAP organisations and the private medical sector.
