About me

Embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing with me, a committed counselling psychologist dedicated to supporting those facing challenges with anxiety, depression, and habit-related concerns.

I have more than ten years of experience in NHS and corporate settings, I provide tailored Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and EMDR sessions designed to nurture strength and promote enduring personal growth.

My primary expertise lies in addressing borderline personality disorder, emotional dysregulation, and other personality disorders, honed through comprehensive MBT training at The Maudsley.

My NHS experience, spanning IAPT and various GP practices, focused on supporting clients with anxiety, depression, panic attacks, stress, and insomnia.

While at St.

Thomas’ Health Department, I developed a keen interest in health anxiety and chronic pain.

I’m deeply passionate about psychodynamic psychotherapy, exploring dreams and the subconscious layers of the mind.

Recently, I contributed to a consultancy’s EAP programme, shaping strategies for workplace challenges and employee coaching.

With extensive training, I confidently support clients facing abuse, anger, divorce, low self-esteem, and stress.
