About me

I’m a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist offering online therapy to help you understand your thoughts, emotions, and experiences in a safe and supportive space. I see therapy as a collaborative journey: together, we explore what might be holding you back and work on practical, compassionate ways to move forward. My approach is grounded in evidence-based CBT and is always tailored to your individual needs, pace, and circumstances, so that therapy feels manageable and meaningful. I work with people experiencing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, stress, PTSD, social phobia, health anxiety, and the emotional impact of long-term physical health conditions. In our sessions, we’ll explore patterns of thinking and behaviour that may no longer serve you, identify unhelpful coping strategies, and develop healthier, more balanced ways of managing difficult emotions. My aim is to help you gain insight into yourself and equip you with practical tools to navigate challenges with greater confidence and resilience. I understand that seeking therapy — particularly online — can feel daunting. My goal is to make the process as comfortable and supportive as possible. Online therapy offers flexibility, privacy, and the chance to engage in self-reflection and growth from the comfort of your own space. I prioritise creating a space where you feel genuinely heard, respected, and supported, so you can focus on your goals without feeling judged. Therapy with me is not about quick fixes or labels. It’s about understanding, collaboration, and helping you reconnect with your strengths. Through our work together, my hope is that you’ll gain clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of balance, moving closer to the life you want to live. By building self-awareness, exploring strategies, and practicing new ways of thinking and responding, you can develop lasting skills to manage challenges and enhance your wellbeing.
