About me

I’m a BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) with over eight years experience in both private and NHS mental health services. I support adults and young people experiencing low mood, anxiety, low confidence, stress and difficulties with procrastination. I bring a compassionate and non-judgmental approach to my sessions and ensure they are tailored to you. I understand that opening up can be difficult, so I aim to create a safe space where you feel heard and supported. Together, we will understand your experiences and work towards helping you move forward by making meaningful changes that feel comfortable and realistic for your life. I adapt my approach to suit you, recognising how personal and unique your experiences are.
