Where trauma meets resilience: A clinical psychologist using CBT, EMDR, and cultural attunement to empower people in their healing journey.
Book a sessionBackground & Experience
I am a Clinical Psychologist with over ten years of experience in mental health.
I began my career as a CBT therapist in the NHS IAPT service.
Over time, I moved into specialist trauma work.
I now support emergency service professionals and others who are living with the effects of complex or long-term trauma.
Therapy
I am a reflective practitioner who takes time to understand each person’s story.
Identity, culture, and lived experience shape how people move through the world, and I work with these layers in mind.
My approach is systemic and intersectional, recognising that challenges often come from multiple parts of a person’s life.
I offer:
• Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)
• Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)
• Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT)
• Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
My therapeutic style is collaborative, flexible, and grounded in compassion.
Neurodiversity Assessments & Neurodiversity (ND) Coaching
I offer ADHD and ASD assessments.
I also provide ND coaching support that focuses on understanding strengths, reducing overwhelm, and helping people navigate daily life in ways that work for them.
My Aim
My goal is to create a safe, empowering space where people feel understood, respected, and supported in their healing and growth.
