As a Clinical Psychologist, Tracy is trained in a variety of different therapy modalities. Her main specialism is in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and she also draws on the principles and techniques of Mindfulness, Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Compassion Focused Therapy. Tracy is a knowledgeable Clinical Psychologist, with over 10 years of experience in working across NHS and private practice settings. Tracy completed her clinical training at the Institute of Psychiatry, King’s College London, and is a registered Practitioner Psychologist within the HCPC. Following qualification, Tracy worked as a Clinical Psychologist within the national specialist Adult Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity (ADHD) Team at the Maudsley Hospital, London. Tracy has been working in private practice since 2017. Tracy is experienced in assessing and working with adults who are experiencing difficulties relating to depression and anxiety (including generalised anxiety disorder, social anxiety, health anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, and panic disorder). In addition, she has worked extensively with problems including low self-confidence, work-related problems, perfectionism, procrastination, and anger management. She has a particular specialism in working therapeutically with adults with a diagnosis of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.
