Book a sessionMy methodology combines modern CBT psychology, eastern philosophy and spirituality to help you move through blockages, and go beyond limitations to discover a feeling of freedom and natural confidence. Our work together focuses on two main areas: 1 - Develop insight to understand yourself and the issues. 2 - Integration, how to implement the insights into your life so you can experience change. I help you connect your past with your present so that you are able to create the life that you want now. Whilst supporting you, I draw from my experience of working in the NHS for over 5 years as CBT therapist, alongside 13 years of study in Yoga and meditation. I have helped people through complicated challenges and presentations which have included areas such as trauma, PTSD, social anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and panic disorder.
