About me

For years, I’ve supported clients who feel stuck in cycles of self‑doubt, low motivation, and overwhelming sadness. Many of the people I work with describe feeling disconnected from themselves — like they’ve lost their spark or forgotten how to trust their own worth. My role is to help you find your way back. My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), combined with a compassionate, person‑centred style. I help you understand the patterns that keep you feeling low, gently challenge the beliefs that hold you back, and build practical skills that support confidence and emotional balance. Clients often tell me they appreciate my calm presence, my ability to make difficult topics feel manageable, and the sense of safety they feel in our work together. Over the course of my career, I’ve worked with individuals facing long‑term depression, perfectionism, chronic self‑criticism, and the lingering impact of past experiences. I tailor therapy to your pace — whether you need structure, space to process, or a mix of both. If you’re ready to feel more grounded, more hopeful, and more connected to yourself, I’m here to walk that path with you.
