About me

I am a BABCP‑accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist with extensive experience delivering high‑intensity, evidence‑based interventions for complex and enduring mental health difficulties. My practice is grounded in precise assessment, robust formulation, and the delivery of specialist, outcome‑driven CBT, with a particular focus on complex anxiety disorders, OCD, and trauma‑focused CBT. I have significant experience working within NHS Step 3 services and private practice, supporting clients with presentations such as PTSD, health anxiety, panic disorder, social anxiety, specific phobias, and depression. My approach is highly specialist and formulation‑driven, integrating advanced CBT models and creative therapeutic tools to ensure each intervention is tailored to the individual’s needs, strengths, and learning style. I work collaboratively and transparently, using validated outcome measures to guide treatment and monitor progress. Clients often describe my style as calm, structured, and containing—supportive yet focused, with a clear emphasis on helping them understand the mechanisms that maintain their difficulties and develop the skills needed for long‑term change. My specialist training includes culturally adapted CBT, neurodivergent‑adapted CBT and trauma‑specific approaches, enabling me to work confidently with diverse and complex presentations. In private practice, I offer flexible therapy formats, personalized treatment plans, and high‑quality psychoeducational resources to support learning between sessions. My goal is to provide a premium, specialist therapeutic experience where clients feel understood, empowered, and equipped to move forward with clarity and confidence.
