About me

I’ve worked within inpatient services, CAMHS, crisis teams, rehabilitation, adolescent forensic services, IAPT and private practice.

I currently work in a Tier 3 CAMHS service, supporting young people and families experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, emotional regulation difficulties and neurodevelopmental differences. Alongside my work with children and young people, I have a particular passion for maternal mental health.

My interest began while working in a Mother and Baby Unit and has been shaped further through supporting women experiencing postnatal anxiety, low mood, birth trauma and overwhelm.

My own experience of a difficult birth and life with a high-needs baby has also given me a personal understanding of how isolating this stage can feel.

I know how important it is to have a space where you feel heard without judgement. I also work extensively with neurodivergent clients and believe therapy should adapt to the individual, not the other way around.

My aim is to create a collaborative, compassionate space where you feel understood rather than expected to fit a one-size-fits-all approach. Alongside CBT, I’ve completed additional training in the FLASH Technique for trauma and PTSD, CBT-E for eating disorders and specialist CBT for Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD), allowing me to support clients with a wide range of difficulties including trauma, perfectionism, body image concerns and low self-esteem. As both a Mental Health Nurse and CBT Therapist, I combine evidence-based therapy with warmth, honesty and practical support.

I believe meaningful change happens when people feel safe, empowered and genuinely understood.

I’m fully insured, DBS checked and committed to ongoing professional development, safeguarding and high-quality care. Wherever you’re starting from, my goal is to help you build confidence, develop lasting skills and move towards a life that feels more manageable and meaningful.
