About me

I have been working in the NHS since 2017 in various roles such as Support worker, Assistant Psychologist, CBT Therapist, and Clinical Psychologist. I have experience working with individuals across the lifespan with various presenting difficulties such as low mood, anxiety-related presentations, trauma, self-esteem, and bereavement. I have also worked with families as well as individuals and systems around them I have experience with adjusting my sessions for those who may be neurodivergent. I am able to draw flexibly on different therapeutic models and tools to meet you where you are. I take a holistic, collaborative, and person-centred approach to create a supportive, reflective, and meaningful space for each client. I am open to discussing specific parts of our identity such as race, culture and gender and how this may be impacting you. My values are rooted in social justice, equality and community empowerment.
