I’m a CBT Therapist specialising in anxiety, low mood, trauma and neurodivergence. I offer expert support to help you gain clarity, build confidence and navigate life’s challenges.
Book a sessionMy approach is collaborative, compassionate and evidence-based.
I see therapy as a partnership, where we work together to understand what you are experiencing, identify patterns that may be contributing to your difficulties, and develop practical strategies to help you move forward.
I draw primarily on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), adapting the approach to each person rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
I place importance on understanding the wider context of your experiences, including relationships, work, education, life transitions and the ways you have learned to cope.
I have over 11 years’ experience across NHS, Education, and digital mental health settings.
My experience includes supporting people with anxiety, low mood, stress, trauma, self-esteem difficulties and neurodivergence.
I use therapy sessions to build understanding as well as practical change.
Where appropriate, I may introduce reflections or exercises between sessions to help you apply what we explore together to your everyday life.
Above all, I want you to feel heard and understood, while also feeling supported to make changes that are meaningful to you.
