I offer a safe, supportive and confidential space where you can talk things through, make sense of what’s going on, and begin to find a way forward at your own pace. CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) looks at how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours interact, and how these patterns can sometimes keep difficulties going. In sessions, we work together to gently break unhelpful cycles, build more helpful ways of coping, and focus on realistic, meaningful change. I work with people experiencing anxiety, low mood, stress, burnout, OCD, intrusive thoughts, perfectionism, self-esteem difficulties, and the impact of past experiences or life transitions. Sessions are a safe, non-judgemental space where we work at your pace, focusing on what matters most to you.
