I am experienced in working with people with low self esteem, low mood, anxiety disorders which includes OCD, PTSD, social anxiety, health anxiety, generalised anxiety disorder and specific phobias. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is recognised by the NICE guidelines as a talking therapy to help manage anxiety and depression. I have over fifteen years working in mental health setting which has included working with people presenting with psychosis, severe depression. I have spent the past nine years practicing as a CBT therapist within the NHS and private setting. I am passionate in helping people achieve their goals using cognitive behavioural therapy techniques. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is a collaborative therapy where we work together to understand your problem which includes identifying triggers, finding the right techniques or coping strategies which will enable you to achieve your goals.
