I support clients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress, helping them work through difficulties at a pace that feels right for them. My approach is compassionate, culturally sensitive, and collaborative, with a strong focus on creating a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals feel heard and empowered to make meaningful change. I have a particular interest in culturally sensitive therapy, especially for clients from South Asian backgrounds, recognising how cultural values, family dynamics, and stigma can influence mental health and recovery. While my core approach is CBT, I also integrate elements of Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of every client. My goal is to help people build resilience, develop self-understanding, and create a more balanced and fulfilling life.
