About me

I am an experienced mental health professional and psychotherapist, with over eight years’ experience supporting children, adults, and families. My main therapy training is in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and I trained as a CBT Therapist within the NHS Talking Therapies Service in 2023. I also have additional specialisms in family and relational work as a Systemic Family Practitioner, alongside my professional background as a registered Social Worker.I support people with a range of emotional and mental health difficulties. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each person’s needs.Together, we will work to better understand the difficulties you are experiencing, explore what may be contributing to them, and consider therapeutic approaches that may help.I have specialist experience in supporting people with anxiety disorders, depression, stress, and trauma.I am also interested in the ways our difficulties can affect our relationships and the people closest to us. Through my work in CAMHS,I have developed a strong understanding of how to support neurodivergent people, including those with ADHD, Autism, and specific learning needs.I aim to adapt therapy in a way that feels accessible, supportive, and meaningful for each individual. I look forward to working with you and supporting you towards improved wellbeing, greater understanding, and progress towards your goals.
