Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist supporting children, young people and adults. Collaborative, practical and focused on meaningful change.
Book a sessionI’m an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist (BABCP) with a background in mental health nursing. I’ve worked across NHS and private services in community, outpatient and inpatient settings, giving me a broad understanding of how difficulties show up in different parts of life. A significant part of my work has been within Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), alongside ongoing work with adults. I have experience supporting people with a wide range of presentations, with particular expertise in anxiety disorders — including generalised anxiety, social anxiety, OCD, panic and related difficulties as well as low mood and stress‑related problems. My approach is collaborative, practical and focused. I aim to create a space where you feel comfortable to talk openly, while also keeping sessions active and purposeful. Together, we make sense of your experiences and identify the changes that will help move toward your goals. The work is grounded in evidence, but always shaped around you as an individual. Working across different age groups and settings has shaped how I approach therapy, adapting it to the person in front of me, their stage of life and what they want to get out of the work. Neurodiversity Coaching: I offer coaching for people with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and dyspraxia. The programme includes 6 x 30-minute sessions, usually held monthly, plus access to an AI companion for extra support between sessions. I work with children, young people, and adults. For younger children, I can work directly with them or support parents to help them feel more confident supporting their child. Together, we’ll explore your strengths, understand any challenges, set meaningful goals, and build practical strategies that work for you. My approach is supportive, down-to-earth, and focused on helping you move forward in a way that feels right for you.
