About me

I am trained in both CBT and EMDR and both are highly effective treatments for trauma, depression and anxiety.

I have completed further training around trauma and PTSD and the treatment of this.

I am also passionate about treating the anxiety disorders OCD, health anxiety and excessive worry. My approach to therapy is to promote an open and safe environment where you can share your worries and experiences.

At the start of treatment our main focus will be to form a shared understanding of the root cause of your problems and symptoms.

We will then move to the treatment phase where we will work together to help you to effectively manage your difficulties.

My goal is to help you to break free of the vicious cycle of low mood or anxiety.

If you feel I can help with this please do not hesitate to get in touch.
