My research interests focus on understanding the complexities of mental health, with a particular emphasis on: - Building resilience in individuals and families - Supporting adolescents and children through challenging times - Exploring the nuances of emotion regulation, including emotionally unstable personality disorder and borderline personality disorder - Anxiety and mood disorders including health anxiety, social anxiety, OCD, worry, panic attacks, PTSD and depression. These interests inform my clinical practise, and im passionate about working with clients to develop personalised strategies for improving mental wellbeing.
