Sally has worked in mental health services in the NHS and third sector organisations since 2011, and qualified as a CBT therapist in 2017.

She is also a trained supervisor of CBT therapists, and teaches part time on a CBT training course which helps keep her skills and knowledge up to date and in line with the evidence base.
