About me

I am a Cognitive-Behavioural Therapist which means that my treatment focuses on correcting an individual's unhelpful thinking patterns, their beliefs and how they behave, respond and act. I deliver holistic mental health therapy. I have treated hundreds of clients and helped many of them to recover from a range of anxiety disorders (PTSD, Generalised anxiety, health anxiety, phobias etc), different depressive disorders (Recurrent depression, SAD, low self-esteem) and childhood and adult trauma. I have advanced training in trauma-focused therapy on top of my CBT training. I only use therapy interventions that are based on research and proven to improve symptoms. I am understanding, I take time to understand my client and their challenges, and I work in partnership with my clients encouraging and teaching them to make changes, improvements and understand themselves better across our course of therapy. In terms of my NHS work, I currently lead an NHS Talking Therapies service in London. Half of my role involves improving psychological therapy for adults with chronic health conditions like chronic pain, IBS and chronic fatigue. I have also trained as a business psychologist, and work privately in corporate wellness to support workplace wellbeing through 1:1 clinics with employees around topics such as burnout and poor work-life balance. I deliver workshops and seminars with private organisations in London as well. I’m passionate about helping people build their self-resilience and thrive in their personal and working lives, by providing them the empathy and space to discuss challenges and understand themselves better.
