Book a sessionIn the current world that we live in, it can be hard at times to feel 'ok' and take that first step to seek help. By my empathic and compassionate manner, I aim to create a safe environment for people to reflect on the difficulties that have bought them to therapy. I have a passion for creatively and collaboratively working with my clients (and can offer both short and longer term therapy), to support them in finding effective and healthy ways to move forward with their lives - using both their strength and resilience.
