About me

Roje provides CBT adjusted for south asian languages to support access to psychological therapy for the BAME community and runs her own private practice in Central London. Roje has been part of various mental health care provision, which specialise in supporting professionals in law and in investment banking. Roje's specialism lies in CBT and health psychology, as she has experience in Occupational Therapy services and long-term health conditions, which allow her to combine both mental health and physical health interventions. Roje is fluent in five languages. For over twenty years, Roje has been supporting a range of mental health services within the NHS, educational and voluntary sectors. As an Accredited BABCP Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, she helps to identify and treat mental health problems in adults, such as anxiety disorders and depression, as well as supporting people through work related stress, personal and relationship issues, health conditions, childhood and adult life trauma.
