Rebecca is a cognitive behavioural therapist trained in CBT and EMDR. She provides a safe and non-judgmental environment where you can feel listened to and supported. “I appreciate that it can be daunting and difficult to reach out for help. We will work collaboratively on what is meaningful to you, my role is to listen, understand and guide you in changing and breaking the cycle that has maintained your difficulties”. Rebecca is warm, approachable, and compassionate. She provides effective evidence based therapeutic strategies aligned to your needs and preference, providing the flexibility of remote therapy by telephone or video call. Individuals working with Rebecca can feel hope, inspired, and empowered by her client-centered focus. Rebecca will support you with an increased self-awareness, making sense of your challenges and being supported to overcome your problems by learning practical coping strategies for daily life providing relief, recovery and increased confidence and a greater sense of control and resilience. Rebecca has an expansive range of experience working in the field of Mental Health for over 20 years in a variety of NHS settings, with a present focus on private practice.
