I’m a BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist. I have over 7 years of NHS experience supporting adults with anxiety, depression, trauma and more.
Book a sessionMy work is grounded in evidence‑based CBT, and I also use ACT, CFT and elements of Schema Therapy when they’re helpful.
I see therapy as a shared process.
I bring a range of tools and together we choose what fits you.
The relationship comes first.
I focus on creating safety, trust, and a space where you feel genuinely heard.
When people feel understood, they can explore difficult experiences without fear.
That’s the foundation for real change I wish to create for people I work with.
As a Muslim therapist, I know how important representation is.
Many people want to work with someone who understands cultural nuance, faith, identity and the pressures that come with navigating different worlds.
I aim to offer a space where your background is respected, your values are understood and you don’t have to explain the basics before we can begin the real work.
Alongside my NHS role, I’ve spent years working with diverse communities.
It’s shaped my commitment to therapy that’s inclusive, respectful and culturally sensitive.
Whoever you are, you’re welcome here and the work will be shaped around your identity and lived experience.
Outside of therapy, I’m a bit of a nerd: gaming, movies, and anything story‑driven.
Those interests remind me that therapy can be serious and transformative but still human, warm and sometimes even a little fun.
