About me

My practice is rooted in evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and I blend in approaches like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) and Schema Therapy. Think of it as having a well-stocked therapeutic toolkit — I pull out what fits you, not the other way around. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and genuinely understood, while also feeling empowered to make real, meaningful change. Alongside my NHS work, I’ve spent years working and volunteering within diverse communities, which has shaped my commitment to providing therapy that’s inclusive, culturally sensitive, and grounded in respect. Whoever you are and wherever you’re coming from, you’re welcome here. Outside of work, I’ve recently embraced my inner nerd — gaming, movies, the whole world-building, story-loving universe. It turns out those passions actually help me connect with clients, too; therapy can be serious and transformative while still feeling human, warm, and occasionally a little fun.
