About me

Hi :) Neurodiversity Coaching: - Available for children, young people and adults.

- 6 x 30 minute coaching sessions on a monthly basis. - Access to AI companion which can support between sessions.

- Coaching can help you understand your difficulties and find evidence-based strategies to work with your brain rather than against it.

- We work together as a team to identify strategies relevant to you! I am a qualified and accredited CBT therapist and often utilise other approaches in my work such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Compassion Focused Therapy which compliment CBT well and often give neurodivergent people additional tools to cope with emotional dysregulation and making sense of their difficulties/experiences.
