About me

It can be hard being human. Life brings uncertainty and experiences from the past that we cannot change, yet they still continue to shape how we feel today. Many of my clients come feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or struggling with anxiety, low mood, trauma, stress, burnout or the impact of changes such as PMDD. You might feel like you're sitting in a hole, or standing on the edge of an important decision and needing a little support to get there. In our work together, we create space to understand your experience, develop coping strategies and find ways to move forward with greater clarity and ease. I am an accredited CBT therapist and EMDR practitioner with over 10 years' NHS experience. I integrate evidence-based talking therapies with trauma-informed, somatic, and movement-based perspectives. My special interests include trauma, women's mental health, nervous system regulation, and the connection between physical and emotional wellbeing. You and your needs are important. If something is causing you distress, anxiety, sadness or overwhelm, it deserves care and attention. You do not have to navigate it alone.
