Filitsa is an Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist and Interpersonal Therapist with over 8 years of experience working in Mental Health Services. She currently works as a CBT Therapist in the NHS, providing assessment and treatment to individuals experiencing various difficulties. She specialises in the treatment of depression and anxiety disorders including PTSD, OCD, GAD, Health anxiety, and any psychological difficulties associated with physical health issues (i.e. chronic pain and long-term conditions) and self-esteem.
