Debbie is a BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist. She treats a broad range of difficulties including depression, OCD, panic attacks, chronic worry (GAD), perfectionism, and low self-esteem. Her aim is to offer therapy that is tailored to her clients’ individual needs. She works in a collaborative way, with her client and herself both working together towards their values and therapy goals.

Alongside private practice, Debbie has been working as a university lecturer for over five years. She teaches and supervises trainee cognitive behavioural psychotherapists, most of whom are currently employed by NHS services. She worked in NHS services herself for close to ten years. She is accredited by the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) which is the lead CBT organisation in the UK. Her professional qualifications include: Postgraduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy, Postgraduate Certificate in Low Intensity Interventions, and Psychology BSc (First Class).
