Book a sessionI am a highly experienced Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist, and for over 15 years I’ve had the privilege of supporting people through a wide range of mental health and wellbeing challenges. My approach is proactive, collaborative, and grounded in genuine understanding. I take time to really listen, to appreciate the specific difficulties you’re facing, and to tailor therapy in a way that truly aligns with your needs, goals, and personal circumstances. I deeply value and respect diversity in all its forms, including culture, race, gender, and sexuality. Creating a safe, inclusive, and non-judgemental space is central to my work. My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, trauma debriefing and recovery, OCD, social phobia, panic, stress, mood instability, long term conditions, pain, low self-esteem, and challenges with emotional regulation and anger. In addition to my clinical work, I also serve as a clinical supervisor for other psychotherapists, offering guidance and support across a broad range of therapeutic issues. I am an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP), demonstrating my dedication to ongoing professional development and best practice in therapy.
