Approach
Aitziber is a compassionate and approachable therapist who works sensitively to create a safe space in which clients will feel at ease and comfortable to work through their struggles. Aitziber believes in providing clients with the appropriate tools and skills to allow significant and long-term change.
Experience
Aitziber has over 15 years working in mental health, mainly in primary care at the NHS, supporting clients with a variety of presentations including depression, anxiety, OCD, social phobia, panic, stress, trauma and self-esteem issues. She also has experience working with clients suffering from health conditions (i.e. diabetes, chronic pain, fibromyalgia) and supervising the work of other therapists. Aitziber is an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist by the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapy (BABCP).
