BACP Accredited Counsellor | Person-Centred, Somatic & Nature-Based Approaches | Supporting Identity, Relationships & Life Transitions
Book a sessionLife can feel overwhelming at times, whether you’re struggling with relationships, navigating loss or change, or questioning your identity and sense of self. Therapy offers a space to pause, reflect, and feel understood. My role is to support you through these challenges in a way that feels safe, collaborative, and affirming. I am a BACP Accredited counsellor with an MSc in Person-Centred Counselling. Alongside my core training, I have undertaken further study in Somatic Experiencing and Nature-Based Interventions, which I weave into my practice to help clients reconnect with their bodies, emotions, and environment. These approaches can be especially powerful when words feel difficult, or when stress and trauma are carried in the body as much as the mind. I offer therapy online, making it accessible and flexible wherever you are. My practice is inclusive and welcoming, with a particular focus on relationships, identity, and sexuality. I have a strong interest in supporting individuals within the LGBTQ+ community, as well as anyone exploring who they are and how they connect with others. I also work closely with people experiencing grief, loss, and major life transitions, recognising the profound impact these times can have. Beyond these areas, I have experience supporting clients with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, stress, and trauma recovery. I believe therapy is not only about addressing difficulties, but also about growth, resilience, and rediscovering authenticity. At the heart of my approach is a belief that therapy should be compassionate, non-judgemental, and tailored to each person’s unique journey. Together, we can explore your experiences, make sense of what feels overwhelming, and find ways to move towards greater clarity, balance, and self-acceptance.
