About me

I work with adults, particularly LGBTQ+ clients who feel stuck, anxious, overwhelmed, or unsure how to be fully themselves.

You might be navigating identity, relationships, shame, family dynamics or just feel tired of holding everything in.

Therapy can offer space to slow down, reconnect, and come home to yourself.

I bring a person-centred, relational, and somatically informed approach - helping you work gently with whatever’s present.

I work online with clients across the UK, Ireland and Europe I hold training person centred therapy, somatic experiencing, ecotherapy and continually engage in trainings to best support my clients I have years of experience supporting queer clients and bring a trauma-aware, body-based lens to the work.

I’m a gay man and an LGBTQ+ affirmative therapist.

We’ll explore what matters to you - with care, curiosity and collaboration - while building safety in the nervous system and making space for self-trust and growth. If you've spent years managing, masking, or feeling like the real you takes up too much space - you're not alone.

Therapy can be a space to unlearn that.

I offer calm, affirming support for clients who want to feel more at home in themselves.
