About me

Do you want to feel calmer, more confident, and better equipped to manage life’s challenges? Perhaps you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure where to start. I am a highly qualified and experienced Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT), supporting adults who experience a range of emotional and psychological difficulties. I specialise in anxiety disorders, including generalised anxiety, social anxiety, health anxiety, and OCD. I also work with clients experiencing depression, low self-esteem, work-related stress, burnout, trauma, and challenges linked to life transitions such as parenthood, bereavement, or retirement. My approach is holistic and integrative, combining traditional CBT with elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). This allows me to tailor therapy to your unique needs — focusing not only on managing symptoms, but also on developing deeper self-understanding, emotional resilience, and tools that support your overall wellbeing. In our sessions, we’ll look at the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours to help you break unhelpful patterns and create meaningful, lasting change. My aim is to help you understand yourself better, reduce distress, and build confidence to handle future challenges more effectively. Since 2017, I’ve worked with clients from diverse backgrounds, supporting them to uncover strengths, build self-compassion, and live with greater balance and purpose.
