I am a highly qualified and experienced Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT), supporting adults who experience a range of emotional and psychological difficulties. I specialise in anxiety disorders, including generalised anxiety, social anxiety, health anxiety, and OCD. I also work with clients experiencing depression, low self-esteem, work-related stress, burnout, trauma, and challenges linked to life transitions such as parenthood, bereavement, or retirement. My approach is holistic and integrative, combining traditional CBT with elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). This allows me to tailor therapy to your unique needs — focusing not only on managing symptoms, but also on developing deeper self-understanding, emotional resilience, and tools that support your overall wellbeing.
