About me

Olivia is an experienced, warm, and compassionate Clinical Psychologist who strives to create a safe and non-judgmental space for her clients to explore their current challenges and difficulties. She believes in adopting a person-centred and strengths-based approach, which considers the wider systems and contexts we live in, to reignite resilience, strength, and capabilities to cope with life’s difficulties. As a skilled psychologist, she understands that our past experiences, can influence our present and future. She takes an integrated approach to therapy, considering not only the present challenges that her clients are facing, but also past and future hopes. By taking a comprehensive view of her clients' lives, she helps them gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their unique circumstances. This allows her to develop personalised treatment plans that are tailored to everyone's specific needs, and which consider their past, present, and future goals. Olivia is an HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist, with years of experience working in NHS services and mental health research settings. She completed her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience, King’s College London (KCL), has a master's degree in Mental Health Sciences (UCL (University College London).
