Book a sessionI am a BABCP Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with over a decade of experience working across NHS mental health services. Since beginning my NHS career in 2015, I have worked in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), inpatient mental health settings, schools, and community-based programmes. These experiences have given me a strong understanding of the challenges faced by children, young people, adults, and families, as well as the most effective ways to support them. I specialise in helping people manage anxiety, low mood, stress, panic, health anxiety, social anxiety, and difficulties associated with Autism and ADHD. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed by worry, struggling with unhelpful patterns of thinking, or seeking support for yourself or your child, I will work alongside you to develop practical strategies that create lasting change. My approach combines evidence-based CBT with compassion and collaboration. Together, we will build an understanding of the difficulties you are facing and develop a treatment plan tailored to your goals, strengths, and individual needs. I also have extensive experience supporting parents and families, providing practical techniques to help children and young people thrive both during and beyond therapy. Alongside my clinical work, I am a Senior Wellbeing Practitioner and Clinical Supervisor, supporting and mentoring qualified and trainee CBT practitioners to deliver high-quality care.
