Book a sessionI trained to become a therapist as I'm passionate about helping people understand themselves better and to find their way through life's challenges and changes. I believe therapy provides a safe space where you can talk openly, explore your thoughts and feelings, and make meaningful changes in your life so that you feel more connected. My therapy style is gentle and supportive , understanding, and collaborative. | work closely with you to ensure our sessions fit in with your specific needs, and ensure you feel comfortable and heard throughout the process. I strongly believe that everyone can change and grow, and therapy offers a powerful way to unlock your potential. My experiences over these past 10 years have encompassed a variety of therapeutic approaches - including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy ( ACT) and Compassion Focused Therapy ( CFT). My specialisations are around helping people struggling with anxiety, depression, and trauma. A common saying: ‘ a problem shared is a problem halved’ represents my approach to helping others.
