That’s where I come in—to help guide and empower you on your journey to becoming your own therapist. Together, we’ll work collaboratively to unlock your potential, as there is no greater gift you can give yourself than the ability to care for your mental health with confidence and clarity. My work is centred around adults experiencing a variety of depression and anxiety-related challenges, and I tailor my approach to each individual because no two people’s experiences are the same. By utilising third-wave CBT approaches, including Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness, I ensure our work is holistic, flexible, and aligned with your personal goals. My journey in healthcare began when I qualified as a medical doctor. I developed a deep passion for supporting people beyond medication. I became fascinated with how our inner world and relationships shape mental health. The foundation of effective therapy is trust and a genuine connection, and that’s why I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to see if we are the right fit.
