I specialize in helping individuals navigate through challenges such as low self-esteem, anxiety, insomnia, stress, trauma, PTSD, menopause, phobias and low mood. I’m here to provide a safe and supportive space for the healing journey. In my years of practice, I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, each with their unique experiences and struggles. My approach combines my extensive knowledge with a compassionate, solution-focussed methodology.
