About me

I am an accredited CBT therapist and a member of British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies. I provide evidence based therapy and believe that the journey towards mental health and well-being is a collaborative one. I’m committed to working with clients to tailor a treatment plan that suits their individual needs and preferences. Together, we explore thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, helping gain insight and make positive changes. I have over 15 years of experience of working in NHS mental health services. I specialize in helping individuals navigate through challenges such as low self-esteem, anxiety, insomnia, stress, trauma, PTSD, menopause, phobias and low mood. I’m here to provide a safe and supportive space for the healing journey. In my years of practice, I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, each with their unique experiences and struggles. My approach combines my extensive knowledge with a compassionate, solution-focussed methodology. It is rooted in empathy, warmth, and non-judgment, and I’m here to listen and guide you through your personal growth and transformation.
