Book a sessionMy approach towards care centres around working with you in a manner that is attuned and sensitive to your individual needs, creating an opportunity for you to openly discuss your issues within a confidential and supportive environment. Together we will work towards enhancing your ability to cope with your difficulties and emotional distress. In time it is hoped that you will experience positive personal growth, and ultimately move towards enjoying a more enriched life. I work integratively by incorporating psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioural and humanistic approaches into my practice, and we will decide what might work best for you depending on your individual needs. I completed my doctoral training in Clinical Psychology at University College London (UCL). I have worked in the NHS for several years (in both primary care and specialist services), providing compassionate support to individuals struggling with mental health issues.
