About me

I am a BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with over ten years’ experience supporting individuals with a wide range of mental health difficulties, including depression, anxiety disorders, low self-esteem, stress, and perfectionism. I offer a warm, collaborative, and non-judgemental space where clients can explore their experiences and work towards meaningful, lasting change. My approach is rooted in evidence-based CBT, and I tailor therapy to each individual’s needs and goals. I’ve worked across various settings, including the NHS, private practice, and the voluntary sector, with clients from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds. In addition to my clinical work, I serve as a Visiting Lecturer on counselling and psychotherapy training programmes. In this role. I support students in developing both theoretical knowledge and practical competencies, drawing on my own experience in diverse clinical settings. This academic role allows me to contribute to the development of future therapists and stay engaged with the latest developments in psychological research and practice. Sessions are available online to offer flexibility and accessibility, and I am registered with several major health insurers. If you’re looking for a supportive and experienced therapist to help you move forward, I’d be pleased to work with you.
