He offers weekly therapy sessions using a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) approach to guide you towards your wellbeing goals. Initially, he works with clients to help them make sense of their difficulties to help them understand where the challenges began, and importantly what is keeping them stuck in how they are feeling. Marcus then empowers them to build resilience and skills to improve their wellbeing. Marcus treats a variety of difficulties including anxiety, depression and work related stress. He is particularly passionate about working with people who may struggle with high pressure they put on themselves alongside new parents. Marcus has experience working in various mental health settings within the NHS and private sector both in person and delivering virtual treatment.
